• NetBank (Dealer Financial Services) Led a UAT and implementation phase of a major platform change with significant challenges. 
• NetBank (Dealer Financial Services) - Part of a team that built a Dealer Financial Service team for Netbank, my contribution was test the application and loan process platform, and develop guides and procedures for users. Also, established a MS Access database via the bank servers for Dealer Financial reports.
• Bank of America- 2001 Responsible for developing a new Quality Assurance Team for Bank of America Dealer Financial Services.  Developed a Quality Assurance Reporting database by using MS Access, written quality guides, and dealer financial services procedures.  
• BTroop 4th Cavalry, Fort Huachuca, AZ Honorary Unit - Performed 1870's Cavalry formations on horseback. Performed in the 1987 Rose bowl parade, and numerous others.
• Exchange soldier with the British Army in Celle, Germany - 1985
• US Army - 1989 3rd Infantry Division Publications Clerk of the year
• US Army - 1984 Soldier of the Quarter, candidate for Soldier of the year for 1st PERSCOM
